This interactive virtual event will feature a similar (but shortened!) version of our live event with silent & live auctions.
Schedule of Events
Monday, July 20th:
- The Silent Online Auction and Adopt-A-Grant open at noon. Click Here to start bidding. To start the bidding process, click the 'START BIDDING' button in the top right hand corner of the Bidding Page to get started!
- The Adopt-A-Grant donation goes towards the 2020/2021 LPOSD Teacher Grants.

Saturday, July 25th:
- 5:30 pm: Guests begin arriving, cocktails are chilling, appetizers are set, and lasagna is warming.
- 6:00 pm: Cocktail hour. Live Auction items will be open for bidding. Log into the link we provide you and display our instructional slides which will be on rotation until the program begins.
- 7:00 pm: Virtual program, presentations and Live Auction (with Auctioneer) begin. Live Auction will run until 7:45.
- 7:45 pm: Dinner
Monday, July 27th: Our silent online auction closes at noon.
We will provide party hosts and individual guests/couples with:
- A party pack that includes: Dinner from Ivano’s (take and bake) and wine.
- Limited IT support if you need it to host your event on the big screen from your device.

We ask you to:
- Make a promise of a $300 minimum contribution if you are hosting a small party.
- Have a good internet connection with streaming capability so you can access the live presentations.
- Register early and test the software so you can bid, bid, bid.
- Bring your spirit of togetherness.
