HOSTING A PARTY

Thank you for considering hosting a party at your home. This is the second-best way to be together on this fun and important evening. Our support of our school district has never been more critical and we appreciate your flexibility and willingness to participate.

We want to make it as easy as possible for you so here are some things to consider:

When you RSVP, we will email invitation wording for you to edit and forward to your party guests.

Party packs will be available for pick up at Ivanos on Saturday July 25th between 11am and 4pm. Delivery is available upon request.  We will contact you to confirm your meal options and the number of guests you are expecting.  You can also contact us in the PAFE office at (208) 263-7040 if you have questions. 

A “host rehearsal and cocktail hour” will take place on TBD. This is optional and will give you an opportunity to test out the platform in advance of your party.

We ask you to log onto the link we will provide you at 6:00 pm where instructions will be displayed on the screen for the evening’s events. We know it’s easy to get carried away with fun and conversation and we’ve worked hard to keep our presentation as short as possible (45 minutes) so please don’t forget to keep an eye on the time.

You’ll need to have a strong internet connection to participate (and host a party). The easiest way is to watch from a laptop or a desktop computer. If you have the ability to project onto your TV, that is even better using Apple Airplay or Google Chromecast. If you need technical help, contact us and we will share some resources.

We will follow up via email with detailed instructions the week before the event.
